From tube cutting and heavy-duty pipe processing to robotic welding and automated sheet metal handling, AORE LASER brought several areas of metal fabrication together at the China International Industry Fair (CIIF) 2026.
Held from October 12 to 16 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, the show gave AORE LASER an opportunity to present its equipment to an audience spanning the wider industrial manufacturing sector. At Booth 2.1H-B008, visitors could see four solutions designed for different stages of metal processing.
The V24 high-precision laser tube cutting machine is specifically designed for processing round, square, and rectangular tubes, as well as compatible open-ended profiles. The machine on display features an enclosed structure, a fume extraction system, and a pneumatic chuck system with automatic centering, all designed to support efficient tube processing while maintaining a controlled working environment.
For larger and heavier workpieces, AORE LASER has introduced the M52 heavy-duty three-chuck laser tube cutting machine. Designed specifically for large-diameter tubes, thick-walled tubes, and heavy-duty steel profiles, this machine features a three-chuck configuration to facilitate workpiece handling. Its zero-scrap cutting design also helps minimize material waste.
The A-W7 Robotic Laser Welding Workstation is designed for welding applications where repeatability and consistent process control are critical. Its robotic configuration supports multi-angle continuous welding for complex metal components.
AORE LASER also showcased a sheet metal cutting and storage setup that combines the PU Series Metal Laser Cutter with the Store C Automated Storage System. By integrating cutting equipment with automated material storage and handling, the setup is designed to reduce manual material handling and streamline the production workflow.
